About Dr. Thomas
Dr. Thomas is a nationally connected accessibility consultant specializing in academic and professional accommodations. She brings over a decade of experience navigating the intersection of disability law, higher education, and inclusive design.
Her mission is to turn confusing systems, like bar exam accommodations and college disability services, into clear and actionable steps for students, families, and professionals.
She currently serves as a tenured Disability Services Advisor and Associate Professor in Michigan. Clients describe Dr. Thomas as clear, calm, and exceptionally knowledgeable. She provides steady guidance through some of the most overwhelming processes they have faced.
